Some highlights from the village…

Hayrack

Hayracks are an important part of Slovenia’s cultural heritage and often form a picturesque feature in the landscape. It is a traditional farm building used for drying hay, corn and other crops. It is a wooden structure made up of individual beams, columns and roof elements, forming an open or closed space suitable for drying and storing feed. Hayracks are often located on agricultural estates, arable land or near farmsteads. Their structure allows air to flow through them, which helps dry the produce and prevents rotting.

Many hayracks are richly decorated with carvings and paintings, adding to the aesthetic value of these buildings and testifying to the craftsmanship and heritage of the Slovenian countryside.

In our ethnologically holistic village, a beautiful traditional Slovenian hayrack gives us an exceptional experience surrounded by nature. We can feel the natural elements that surround us and enjoy moments of peace and tranquillity. You can spend social moments together on the hayrack, create old traditions or simply experience a day or night rest in a hay bed.

Treehouse

The tree house offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature. Trees are often seen as sacred beings in many spiritual traditions, so being near them can help strengthen your connection with Mother Earth.

It can be used as a quiet space for meditation, reflection and spiritual practice. With the calm atmosphere offered by the trees, it is easier to find inner peace and connect with your inner self. It can also act as a place for energy cleansing and relief from stress and negative energy. Its connection to nature can help balance energy flows and restore mental and physical health.

Staying in a treehouse promotes awareness of the present moment and the simplicity of life, allowing us the opportunity to focus on the here and now and enjoy each moment.

The tree house fosters a sense of gratitude and acceptance of nature and life. Through its humility and connection to nature, it can foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of nature’s cycles and an awareness of one’s own role in relation to them.

By combining these elements, a treehouse can become a powerful and energetically enriched sanctuary, allowing for spiritual growth, inner exploration and connection to the higher aspects of life.

Creative space

It is a place where the material and the spiritual meet, where creativity is expressed and the inner world of the individual is developed. It is about connecting, socialising, exchanging ideas, thoughts and creating unlimited creations.

The Creation Space is designed to stimulate inspiration and creativity in an environment surrounded by nature, artistic energy, colours, textures and shapes, encouraging the artist to express his ideas, thoughts and feelings through art. Here, the artist is free to explore and express his or her unique voice, to develop and grow personally.

Making art is therapeutic and helps the artist to understand themselves, their thoughts and feelings, and to face the challenges and difficulties in their lives.
